Woman sues State Farm for denying no-fault/auto accident claim

A woman claims her insurance company refuses to pay for damages she incurred on her neck, back, and right leg after getting in an auto accident with an uninsured driver.

Judy Harrington claims she was driving on a free when an uninsured driver failed to control her speed and struck Judy.

Following the collision, Judy filed for benefits from State Farm Insurance. Although her insurance policy should have provided her with benefits for collisions against uninsured drivers, Judy alleges that the insurance company denied her claim.

In addition to her injuries, Judy suffered from physical pain, mental distress, and loss of earning capacity according to the lawsuit. In her complaint, Judy seeks an unspecified judgment, legal costs, and other relief that the court may deem just.
